Oystein Ruud is a Norwegian novellist, photographer and business entrepreneur. Previously working as a journalist and news editor, he turned to consulting in his twenties. He has created and buildt a number of consultancy firms within Management Consulting, Communications, IT, Design and LEAN. Oystein Ruud published his first novel to critical acclaim in 1997, and has been rewarded several international honors for his Art photography. Most recently, he has created highly acclaimed restaurant Rest. in Oslo, where food waste is transformed to a top of the range 25 course gourmet meal.
